30 day Vampire Academy Challenge. (in one day).
—- I’m doing in one day, because otherwise I’ll never get it done
Day 1- Your favorite male character
Dimitri. He’s a God. Need I say more?
Day 2 – Your favorite female character:
Sounds lame saying Rose, but truly…she is! She has everything you could want in a female character. She’s strong. A figher. Sarchastic. Funny. Loving. Brave. etc. etc. You name it, she’s got it.
Day 3 – Your favorite character overall:
Rose!
Day 4 – Your least favorite character:
Avery. She’s really the only character I don’t like period. A complete stuck up waste of time if you asked me. Reading Blood Promise I thought maybe she was sent by someone to torture Lissa which woulda had a more interesting side to it all. Ugh. Avery. Ugh.
Day 5 – Your favorite book:
Blood Promise! I can’t help but like the darkest book the most. That’s just so me. I loved Rose’s journey through that book. I also thought it was amazingly written when she was with Dimitri. You feel her journey literally as it plays out. Joy to be with Dimitri and then slowly realizing things are really messed up, etc. I thought it was brilliant. Favorite. Hands down.
Day 6 – Your least favorite book:
I really love them all, but if I HAVE to choose one, Spirit Bound. Just because it totally broke my heart. I was literally heart broken when Dimitri was restored and kept Rose away. It broke my heart so badly. I was like NO! This can’t be like Mockingjay! NO! It broke my heart so badly I truly had to stop reading and give myself an hour to carry on. lol pathetic.
Day 7 – Your favorite chapter:
hmmm…uh, I guess in Shadow Kiss when Rose/Dimitri finally have sex in that cabin. The way he calmed her from her darkness and the passion between them. It was great. Then ending with Mason. Brilliant chapter.
Day 8- Favorite quote:
“Roza. You forgot my first lesson: don’t hesitate.” From Blood Promise. After pages and pages of waiting for her to come face to face with Dimitri, I was just so thrilled. And I thought that line was just so swoon.
Day 9- Scene that makes you happy:
In Last Sacrifice when Rose makes Dimitri find something beautiful to prove that he’s no longer Stigoi and he says her hair. It made me happy cry.
Day 10- Scene that makes you sad:
In Spirit Bound when Dimitri says “Love fades. Mine has.” So sad. Really him pushing her away at all ever and wanting to be with Lissa broke my heart. But that was just heartbreaking in the churck.
Day 11- A scene that makes you laugh:
Spirit Bound when Rose is being dragged away and shouts that Tatiana is a “sanctimonious bitch”
Day 12- A scene that makes me angry:
At the end of Shadow Kiss with Lissa. I was so mad at her. After everything Rose had done and sacrificed for her, that she wasn’t even willing to TRY and help her.
Day 13- Most shocking moment:
SOO many good ones to choose from…but I guess at the end of Blood Lines, when Rose receives the note and stake. “You forgot another lesson: Never turn your back until you know your enemy is dead. Looks like we’ll have to go over the lesson again the next time I see you — which will be soon. Love, D.”
I knew there had to be a way for him to still be around in the series, but that literally gave me chills.
Day 14- Favorite friendship:
Adrian/Rose…I know they also have more than a friendship, but I just adore their scenes together. The dream sequences. Everything.
Day 15- Favorite couple:
Dimitri/Rose
Day 16- Favorite fight:
The Rose/Dimitri fight in the halls during her trials in Shadow Kiss. That was just hot and awesome, with an audience. Definitely my favorite.
Day 17- Least favorite fight:
Rose/Adrian in Last Sacrifice. My heart broke for him so much, and for Rose.
Day 18- Favorite Moroi:
Adrian. I adore him. I never wanted him end game for Rose, but he’s such a fantastic character.
Day 19- Least favorite Moroi:
Avery
Day 20- Favorite Dhampir:
Rose
Day 21-Least Favorite Dhampir:
Ambrose, he kind of annoyed me at times
Day 22- Character that is most like you:
Rose. I’m head strong like her. No one can tell me what to do. I’m crazy. Never give up. Have put friends before myself many of times, which I sometimes regret but know I’d do again and again. Yes, Rose.
Day 23- Something you love about these books:
I love that they’re a journey. A journey of love. Friendship. A revolution of change in government. Everything.
Day 24- Something you hate about this books:
that they ended.
Day 25- Favorite location in the series: Russia and/or Las Vegas
Day 26- Something you wish happened but it didn’t:
Adrian’s heart being broken…but it was inevitable. I just love him. And want to hug him.
Day 27- Something you wished didn’t happened but it did:
Avery. I just hate her ok?! lol
Day 28- Favorite element:
Fire. I would love to fire the hell out of strigoi along side Rose!
Day 29- Would you rather be Dhampir or Moroi:
Dhampir. I’d much rather be out fighting, than sitting safely while people fought for me.
Day 30- Do you want there to be a movie?:
I want there to be 7! movies. Vampire Academy, Frost Bite, Shadow Kiss, Blood Promise, Spirit Bound, Last Sacrifice part 1, and Last Sacrifice part 2! :)
